Papier Mâché

Children delight in this two-session workshop. The versatility of the material allows for great diversity in themes or topics offered both in form and decoration. Throughout the first session, children learn to manipulate paper and card into 3D forms to create wonderful blank sculptural pieces. In the second session, we explore the use of colour and apply the decoration. Resulting in amazing stand-alone sculptures or 3d wall decorations children are truly proud of.

Age: 6+

Duration: 2 X 90 min sessions allowing for drying time between each session

Options: The workshop can be tailored to suit any theme and decoration can be inspired by particular artists or art styles. for e.g Nikki de Saint Phalle birds. Pop art Elephants. Aboriginal Fish.
